The space we needed.

After 15 years running creative businesses in Norwich, our founders Fiona and Bobby Burrage knew what was missing. Not another generic co-working space with astroturf and slides – but something quieter. More intentional. A place designed for the way creative work actually happens.

So in 2019, they built it. Studio Inn started as a simple idea: create the workspace they needed, and trust that others might need it too.

They did. We’ve been at full capacity since day one.

What makes it work isn’t exclusivity – it’s specificity. Every detail considered. Every choice made with one question: would we want to work here? The answer shaped everything, from the light to the layout to who we invite in.

We’re not for everyone, and that’s the point. Studio Inn is for creative practitioners and entrepreneurs – a community of people from different disciplines who simply get it. When you put those people in the same space, connections happen. A conversation becomes a collaboration. A coffee break solves someone’s problem. It’s not forced – it’s just what happens when the right people share the same room.
