Work hard. Play hard.

CommunityEthos

Every quarter, our founders Fiona and Bobby bring the Studio Inn community together. Not for forced networking or awkward icebreakers – just real time spent away from desks and deadlines.

Sometimes it’s dinner and drinks. Other times, boats on the Broads. Pool competitions. Summer BBQs. Bowling nights. The format changes, but the purpose doesn’t: creating space to know each other beyond the work.

That’s where things shift. You learn the illustrator sails at weekends. The brand strategist restores vintage motorcycles. The photographer makes furniture. You stop being colleagues in adjacent desks and become people who actually know each other.

When you like the people you work alongside, everything improves. Projects flow better. Recommendations feel genuine. Monday mornings don’t require the same level of caffeine. That’s what happens when community isn’t just a co-working buzzword.

If that sounds like the kind of place you’ve been looking for, we’d love to hear from you.
